This website is operated by VARDHAMAN I Q TOYS PVT LTD ., a company incorporated under the Companies Act, 1956. Throughout this site, the terms "we", "us" and "our" refer to VARDHAMAN I Q TOYS Pvt. Ltd.

By visiting our site or purchasing something from us, you engage with our "Service" and agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"), including any additional terms, conditions and policies referenced here or made available by hyperlink.

We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers or distributors. 

You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store, and to promptly update your account details — including your email address, credit card numbers and expiry dates — so that we can complete your transactions and contact you when needed.

Such a determination shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions.

In all cases, disputes and claims shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Mumbai.
