Cancellation and Return Policy

Cancellation :

Our focus is complete customer satisfaction. In the event, if you are displeased with the services provided, we will refund back the money, provided the reasons are genuine and proved after investigation. Please read the fine prints of each deal before buying it, it provides all the details about the product you purchase. In case of dissatisfaction from our product, clients have the liberty to cancel their order and request a refund from us. Our Policy for the cancellation and refund will be as follows:

For Cancellations please contact us via contact us link. Requests received prior to dispatch / on the same day of order will be refunded within 4 to 6 working days. Request received later than dispatch prior to delivery will be treated as per the Return policy.

Return Policy :

What can you return?
You may make a return request of any order that You have made on the website in case you have received a damaged packaging or product has manufacturing defects. Such a request shall be entertained only if it is made within 7(seven) days and the product is unhampered and unused. (You are required to provide photograph of the same as an evidence of the damages). It would be our sole opinion to accept the complaint or product / believe that the product has been used or tampered with and we should / not entertain such a return request. How can you lodge return request?
You can return the order by mentioning your address, the product and order details to enable us track. If You are eligible for a pick- up, the details for the same shall be shared with You within 5 days, if not, self- return shall be applicable.

How can you track your return?
You can track your return with the tracking ID provided by our Shipping Partner, If pick-up facility is applicable to you.

When will you receive Your Refund?
Upon return of the Product, should you wish for an exchange (where applicable) we shall ship the Products to You at the address provided by you. In the event you request for refund,
The refund will be processed into the same account / method from which the payment was made. If multiple forms of payments were used then such refund may be issued across all those payment methods.
During the purchase of such products, if you have received any discount or coupons, then such discounts or coupons shall not be considered and only the amount paid shall be refunded.

All refund amounts shall be processed only after deducting the cost for shipping.
The refund shall be credited between 10-15 business/working days after an online return centre shall receive the Product.
